N2 - IgM, IgA, and IgG were quantitated by a radial diffusion plate method using commercially available antiserum agar plates. The values obtained, when submitted to statistical analysis, showed the method to be both satisfactory and simple, provided a number of safeguards are taken to minimize the relatively wide coefficient of variation in results obtained when sera with low levels of IgM (20 mg. per cent and below) are tested.
