Abstract

Melanoma of the lip is a very rare clinical entity. As such, no large studies are available to help in diagnosis and treatment. We report our results on 11 patients with lip melanoma. Patients with lip melanoma should be approached in a similar fashion to patients with other cutaneous melanomas.
