Abstract

In this systematic review and meta-analysis, the investigators evaluated the benefits, adverse effects, costs, as well as patient and caregiver perspectives associated with pharmacologic treatment of dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) and Parkinson’s disease dementia (PDD), collectively known as the Lewy body dementias (LBD).
