Abstract

Microscopic magnetic resonance (MR) imaging which would provide high-quality images of arteries, veins, or other small structures within the human body is of increasing interest in clinical MRI. In this paper, we present the design principle and early results of implementing such a concept using a personal computer as a host hardware platform, and Windows-NT as the operating system for user interface and data processing.
