N2 - To date, no child has been reported to develop de novo CCA after liver transplantation although patients with transplants have a significantly higher risk of malignancy than the general population. CCA is extremely rare in the pediatric age group, seen mostly in patients with a history of choledochal cysts, Caroli's disease, or PSC. We report the first case of pediatric de novo CCA in the liver allograft 12 yr after liver transplantation.
