Abstract

Rockerbottom deformities, secondary to diabetic neuropathic arthropathy, remain a complex deformity to surgically correct. These are severe deformities that involve hindfoot equinus with midtarsal dorsal dislocation. The Butt frame, a foot-specific Taylor Spatial Frame, can be employed to correct these acutely or gradually.
