Abstract

Antisera against receptors for histocompatibility antigens, known to block antigenic recognition in the product of antigenic recognition‐(PAR) assay described by Ramseier, have been tested in mixed leukocyte culture (MLC). The MLC response was not affected, indicating that the T cell receptor is not blocked by such sera.
