Abstract
Anthrax is a common disease on Cyclamen premium Mill. in greenhouse and becomes one of the important fungal diseases affecting cyclamen growth. In this paper, technologies of paraffin and safranin-fast green staining were used for anatomical observation of cyclamen. The results showed that the location of pathogen infection was the epidermal of the organs, with hyphae directly penetrating through the epidermal cells. In the leaves, petioles and pedicels, the pathogens mostly exist in conidia form. In the plant tissues, the pathogen spreads mainly in the form of spores.
