Abnormal granulocyte morphology in patients with psoriasis

Abstract

In this report we describe significant alterations in the appearance of peripheral blood granulocytes (PMNs) from psoriasis patients when compared with PMNs from normal control subjects. Psoriasis PMNs are polar in shape and exhibit ruffled cell membranes.
