Abstract
Pulmonary pseudotumors may occur as a result of loculation of fluid in the pulmonary fissures and are an uncommon presentation of congestive heart failure and renal failure. Such pseudotumors can be easily misinterpreted as lung nodules or tumors. The characteristic biconvex appearance of a pulmonary pseudotumor on a chest radiograph and its resolution after diuresis are diagnostic. The authors report a case of renal failure presenting as massive pulmonary pseudotumor.
