Abstract
In this article, we will initially discuss four different transvaginal bladder neck suspension procedures. Because it is not umcommon to have an associated cystocele with urethral descent, we will also briefly outline our approach to the concomitant treatment of these two pelvic floor problems. At the end of the article, we will describe a technique that involves a transvaginal needle suspension of a fascial sling, which we have employed in the patient who has dysfunction of the intrinsic urethral mechanisms.
