Abstract

Eleven of the amino terminal 14 amino acid residues have been assigned in the Β chain of the murine I-Cd subregion molecule. The murine Β chain shows no homology with P29 (the putative human Β chain equivalent), the Β chain of guinea pig Ia. 4, 5, or the murine I-A subregion Β chain.
