Abstract
The Hippo signaling pathway regulates diverse physiological processes, and its dysfunction has been implicated in multiple human diseases. This Review from Zheng and Pan provides an updated overview of the pathway and its roles in development, homeostasis, and disease. The authors also discuss outstanding questions and opportunities for Hippo-targeted therapies.
