Abstract

A high-purity micromethod called Saltâ€”Isoelectricâ€”Density Method (SID) for simultaneous isolation of multiple IgG (or IgG and IgM) samples is described. Kinetics of the immune response to mixed flagellate antigens isolated by the SID method is described.
