Abstract
Faustman (1982, see record 1982-28927-001) is incorrect when he states that "practitioners who choose to sue clients to recover fees are openly inviting countersuit by the client", (p. 213). I urge colleagues in other states to examine their confidentiality statutes for similar exemptions, and I admonish Faustman for not sufficiently investigating the legal issue.
