Abstract
Spine-related pain, including back and neck pain, radiculopathy, and spinal cord injury, is a common symptom that patients may present with in both primary care and specialty clinics. Guidelines for treatment often recommend some pharmacological treatments as first line therapies. In this chapter, the medications commonly used to treat spine-related pain are identified and the evidence for use in spine-related pain and dosing strategies are reviewed.
