N2 - Tandem Scanning Confocal Microscopy (TSCM) is ideal for in vivo corneal imaging, but currently requires time-consuming off-line image processing. To overcome this limitation, we have developed a novel PC-based TSCM system. The system is the first to provide interactive 3-D on-line image acquisition and analysis of in vivo confocal images.
