N2 - Hepatic tumors are often observed as 'hot spots' on Tc-99m labeled RBC SPECT imaging. Because normal blood vessels also show increased activity, it would be important to know their location and appearance. The authors show contrast enhanced CT images with corresponding SPECT images of a patient who does not have a hepatic tumor. Additional SPECT images with different reconstruction processing are also shown to emphasize the importance of optimal processing.
