In the originally published version of this manuscript, there was an error in the title and references to the title of the original article. Th e title referred to: "Commentary: Hemifacial Spam: Endoscopic Assistance in Facial Nerve Decompression With Lateral Spread Response Corroboration: 2-Dimensional Operative Video". Th is has now been corrected to: "Commentary: Hemifacial Spasm: Endoscopic Assistance in Facial Nerve Decompression With Lateral Spread Response Corroboration: 2-Dimensional Operative Video". Similarly, the title of the original article included "Hemifacial Spam" which has been corrected in the fi rst sentence of the Commentary and in Reference 1 to "Hemifacial Spasm".
