N2 - Coronary artery fistula is a rare anomalous connection between a coronary artery and a cardiac chamber or major vessel. Here we present the case of a 36-year-old woman who presented with sharp, substernal chest pain, dyspnea, and dizziness. A fistula between her left anterior descending artery and pulmonary trunk was found. Herein, we describe our approach and review the epidemiology, pathophysiology, diagnosis, and treatment options.
