Abstract

(Chemical Equation Presented) Complex small-molecule libraries were constructed by a convergent approach with a short linear sequence: a 480-membered bridged-piperidine/fused-pyrrolidine hybrid library IV and a 384-membered spirocyclic-oxindole/fused-pyrrolidine hybrid library V from the sub-library II and the sublibraries I and III, respectively. II = R II-COOH.
