Clinical management of pancreatic cancer

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingChapter

Abstract

In the next three chapters, we further demonstrate the integrated physical oncology approach through applications to pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). We first discuss the clinical management and outcome of PDAC. We then show how we identify imaging-based physical markers as surrogates for molecular biomarkers, and develop mathematical models based on those physical markers for predicting treatment outcome.
