(Sept. 8 issue)¹ reported finding a chromosomal translocation involving the immunoglobulin kappalight-chain locus on chromosome 2 and the heavy-chain locus on chromosome 14 in a child with chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Their observations could certainly be relevant to any B-cell lymphoproliferative disorder.
