Abstract

Examples of automation of some typical bioelectrochemical experiments with the aid of an Iskra-226. 6 microcomputer are discussed. The systems described accomplish the analysis of current-voltage characteristics of lipid bilayer membranes (LBM), the statistical analysis of LBM conductance fluctuations, and the processing of results obtained when studing the kinetics of ionic transport through LBM bu current relaxation. The block diagrams of the equipment and the special features of programs for data recording and analysis are described.
