title = "An integrated electrical enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (E2LISA) for point-of-care diagnosis of tuberculosis using glycan biomarkers",
abstract = "We present an integrated electrical enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay chip for point-of-care (POC) diagnosis of tuberculosis (TB) using novel antigen-specific antibody glycosylation biomarkers. We developed assays for sensitive electrical detection of antigen-specific antibodies and their associated antibody glycans using enzymatic silver metallization on microelectrode arrays and integrated these with microfluidic serial dilution to enable measurement of binding curves from small sample volumes (~1uL). We used this chip to analyze patient sera and accurately distinguish latent TB infection (LTBI) and active TB (ATB) disease.",
