Abstract
The paper reports on studies into the morphology and distribution of fibrinogen and albumin deposits, adsorbed from single protein solutions onto the surface of low temperature isotropic (LTI) carbon. Measurements were carried out by conventional radiolabel analysis and also by 2 methods for visualizing adsorbed protein: partial gold decoration transmission electron microscopy, and immunoferritin transmission electron microscopy.
