Abstract

Since 1976, the American Headache Society has organized annual educational symposia which are now routinely held in Scottsdale, Arizona. Taught by a faculty consisting of many of the world's leading experts in headache, the objectives of this symposium are to review the clinical spectrum of headache and facial pain as well as recent advances in the acute treatment and long-term management of these disorders.
