    Description

The Moody Foundation Flow Cytometry Facility at CRI is a shared resource committed to providing the most convenient, friendliest flow cytometry services to the scientists of CRI and UT Southwestern.

The facility provides state-of-the-art analytical cytometry and high speed sorting. Analytical and high
speed sorting instrumentation is offered in an investigator-operated format.

Our instrumentation is compatible with a wide variety of flow cytometry applications. We provide the training for research personnel to design flow cytometry experiments, to operate the instrumentation,
    and to analyze the data.

UT Southwestern also has a Flow Cytometry Core Facility that provides a wider array of instrumentation
to the UT Southwestern community. The CRI flow cytometry facility complements the instruments available through the UT Southwestern core facility, as we have two FACS Aria II SORP and one FACS Aria Fusion SORP — all in a biosafety hood for sorting primary human cells — and a special order (12 parameters) FACS Canto RUO with tubes loader.
